Global Change Lead is responsible for shaping, leading, and executing structured change management strategies for CD&O; (Clinical Development & Operations) and DS&AI; (Data Science & Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within Pharma R&D.; The role focuses on enabling the people side of change to drive adoption of new ways of working, processes, tools, and capabilities across global stakeholder groups. This role brings strong expertise in Change Management and Agile ways of working / Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) to support complex global business and transformation initiatives. As part of the program team, the incumbent partners with sponsors, senior stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to define and execute change strategies that enable adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.Your Tasks and ResponsibilitiesShape and lead global change strategies for CD&O; and DS&AI; initiatives, ensuring alignment with Pharma R&D; priorities, program objectives, Bayer’s integral change framework, and opportunities to apply bold,
