You will help build scalable financial processes that enable the company's continued global growth while ensuring accuracy,



compliance, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Closing & ReportingSupport the monthly close process across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documentation.Assist in ensuring compliance with IFRS and relevant local GAAPs.Coordinate with local finance teams to drive alignment with group accounting standards.Internal Controls & StandardisationSupport the development and maintenance of group accounting policies and close procedures.Contribute to the strengthening of the global internal control framework.Drive standardisation of processes, templates, and documentation across markets.Promote a controllership culture across the organisation.Systems & Data GovernanceAssist in the functional oversight of group finance systems, including NetSuite.Help ensure consis
