We are looking for a Tech Lead specialized in Java and Kafka with a strong background in the banking sector.

Location: Hybrid. 3 days a week in the office.

Language : English is a must. Spanish desirable. Proven experience with Java , including Spring Boot . Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (DB19 preferred) . Solid background in Kafka and/or IBM MQ (mandatory). Deep understanding of REST APIs , JSON, and XML. Knowledge of deployment and orchestration tools, particularly Octopus Deploy (Jenkins is a plus).

Experience working with GitHub and/or GitLab . Knowledge of SWIFT messaging . No intensive working days for Friday or summer. Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances). Free access to several training platforms.
