We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to take ownership of the company’s AI strategy while remaining hands‑on in the design, development, and deployment of production‑grade AI systems. Design robust evaluation, testing and feedback loops to continually improve AI performance.



Work closely with founders and senior leadership to define the company’s AI strategy and technical roadmap. Research, evaluate and implement the latest advancements across AI and machine learning technologies.

Strong commercial experience building backend applications in Python . Solid machine learning and NLP fundamentals.
