Responsibilities

- Formulate feasible long-term product development strategies based on the company's current product situation and development requirements.
- Provide guidance on the technical R&D; of GOTR Tyres , including tyre structure development, compound design,or Manufacturing Process.
- Conduct basic theoretical research and professional technical training for GOTR Tyres.
- Analyze abnormal market issues related to GOTR Tyres and develop targeted solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or related majors, with good English proficiency.
- Possess profound technical background in the field of GOTR Tyres, with more than 10 years of working experience in top general tyre companies.
- Familiar with the GOTR tyre market and equipped with first-class product design capabilities.
- Demonstrate good professional ethics and a passion for scientific research.
- WFH or flexible to travel to our factories when necessary
