Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Governance Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent Data Analytics projects and workstreams. Define manage and monitor project plans milestones dependencies deliverables and critical paths. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope budget and quality expectations.

Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks reporting mechanisms and delivery controls. Organize and facilitate project governance meetings steering committees and executive-level reviews.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact between Business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Build strong relationships across Business IT Data and Analytics functions. Negotiate priorities scope timelines and delivery commitments with stakeholders at different levels. Present project status progress updates risks issues and recommendations to senior Business and IT management.

Technical Delivery Oversight

Challenge technical estimates delivery plans architecture decisions assumptions and resource requirements. Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. Identify delivery risks technical dependencies and potential bottlenecks proactively. Support teams in resolving complex delivery issues and escalating critical risks when required.

Risk Quality Management

Drive continuous risk identification assessment mitigation and management activities. Maintain project RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues and Dependencies). Ensure appropriate quality assurance processes and governance are applied throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Support User Acceptance

Testing (UAT) planning execution and business sign-off processes.

Manage and maintain Azure DevOps boards and delivery documentation.

Promote

Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor project metrics and KPIs to provide visibility into delivery performance. Excellent communication negotiation influencing and presentation skills.
