Experteer Overview
In this role, you support Iberia by providing expert technical advice on X-Rite’s color management hardware and software. You will demonstrate and train customers, troubleshoot advanced color measurement challenges, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Ru0026amp;D to tailor workflows. The position blends field-based customer engagement with product feedback to drive improvements. You’ll travel to Spain and Portugal, delivering on-site installations and hands-on training, while contributing to a global color science mission.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide high-level technical support for color measurement hardware and software
• Partner with Sales during pre-sales, delivering technical consultations and product demonstrations
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars for customers




• Understand customer applications and develop workflows integrating X-Rite solutions
• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Product Development to share feedback and feature requests
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as notes and user guides
• Travel to customer sites for installations, troubleshooting, and hands-on training

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• 3-5 years in application engineering or technical support
• Knowledge of color science and color management; experience with spectrophotometers and/or colorimeters
• Understanding of digital imaging and printing processes in relevant industries
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese preferred
