- Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for the observability platform and frameworks
- Lead design and deployment of enterprise-grade observability capabilities (e.G., Grafana Cloud) and telemetry frameworks
- Advance IaC principles and automated CI/CD pipelines; enforce robust DevSecOps practices
- Mentor senior engineers and geo-distributed teams,

- Collaborate with Product Owner, architects, cross-functional stakeholders, and vendors to translate strategy into technical specs
- Ensure solutions meet quality, regulatory, and security standards; support ITSM and disaster recovery planningResponsabilidades
- 7+ years of hands-on software development, DevOps/DevSecOps, or platform engineering experience
- 2+ years in regulated multinational settings (pharmaceutical/healthcare tech preferred)
- Proven leadership of geo-distributed engineering teams
