Jobtailor is seeking a product/UX designer to define problems through lightweight research and direct customer conversations. You will own end-to-end UX flows from journey maps to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, while maintaining a scalable design system and tokens. You will run usability tests, build AI-assisted prototypes, and ship rapid experiments to validate ideas. You will present to C-level and stakeholders with clear rationale, participate in sprint planning, and document decisions
