You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.You work closely with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoMonitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditionsSupport commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshootingAssist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performanceEscalate complex issues with clear and structured technical informationCollaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problemsAnalyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunitiesSupport reporting and communication of technical findingsContribute to process improvement and operational optimisationSupport grid outages when required,



prioritising safety and complianceWork on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on‑call support during weekends and public holidaysWhat You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sectorHands‑on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environmentsAbility to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situationsExperience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring toolsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear technical communication, calm structured approach under pressure, and a collaborative, proactive mindsetAvailability to travel up to 20% of the time, if required.Fluent English (spoken and written), willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.Nice to haveControl room or remote operations experienceOffshore wind or commissioning experienceExposure to advanced turbine control systems (e.g., MarkVIe or similar)Experience working in multicultural teamsFluent in Spanish (spoken and written)Ways of WorkingYou work on a rotating weekday shift schedule (Monday to Friday), covering morning and afternoon shifts.You also take part in an on‑call rotation for occasional weekend and public holiday support.Our CultureAt GE Vernova, you help drive the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
