You'll help shape scalable architecture, keep code quality high, and act as a technical reference point for junior engineers on the team. This is a role for someone who's past needing guardrails and ready to help set them for others.What You'll DoIndependently design, develop, and optimize backend solutions end to end.Design scalable backend systems with maintainability and performance in mind.Contribute to the development and improvement of CI/CD pipelines.Develop unit tests and automate workflows to keep code quality high.Act as a technical reference for junior engineers - guidance, not hand-holding.Document backend systems so the whole team can build on them,
