Lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations including Transportation, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance, ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholdersPartner with supply chain experts across DGL to drive, support, and influence strategic business initiatives that enable K-Flex to scale globallyCollaborate with 3PL operation field leaders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and scale operational productivity through new initiativesAnalyze operational barriers systematically, focusing on root cause identification and understanding financial impact driversWork closely with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners to proactively identify and remove daily operational obstaclesDrive operational consistency through network-wide process standardization initiativesEvaluate global warehouse topology and facility design to optimize network efficiencyConduct business reviews with Senior Leadership, presenting insights, risks, and recommendationsTravel regularly to support operations and stakeholder engagement (travel is essential for this role)A day in the life

In this role,



you'll drive strategic initiatives for a rapidly scaling business within the K-Flex Operations team. Your day will involve managing complex, cross-functional projects that span multiple organizations and geographies. You'll collaborate closely with 3PL partners, supply chain experts, and internal stakeholders to solve operational challenges and implement innovative solutions. Regular communication with senior leadership is essential—you'll present project status updates, identify risks, and recommend process improvements that drive network-wide impact. Success in this position requires strong project management capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.About The Team

K-Flex Operations within Device Global Logistics (DGL) drives fulfillment excellence for Amazon's digital devices products in a rapidly scaling business environment. Our team expands system capabilities to meet evolving operational demands while championing continuous improvement initiatives across the company. We combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to solve complex logistics challenges and enable integral growth for Amazon's device ecosystem.Basic Qualifications
