JOB DESCRIPTION:

CIC energiGUNE is seeking a Team Leader in Applied Cell Engineering & Process Intelligence.

The person will lead a customer-facing applied team that translates CIC energiGUNE’s capabilities in materials, electrode processing, prototyping, testing, digital manufacturing and modelling into industrially relevant battery solutions.

- PhD, D.Eng or EngDin Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.

- More than 10 years of direct R&D; experience in the field of Li-ion and Na-ion battery research.

- More than 5 years of experience managing technical and commercial relationships with OEM and other industrial clients across Europe, Asia, and the United States

- Proven track record in translating fundamental research into applied solutions,

- We expect high readiness to work with strong engagement and creativity in an interdisciplinary and international environment.

- High level of English.

- Spanish would be also highly valuated.
