Your mission

-Develop and drive Grolman's global logistics network strategy and roadmap across warehousing and freight




-Analyse integral goods flows and optimise warehousing and freight concepts
-Build and develop strategic partnerships with warehouse providers and freight forwarders
-Drive digitalisation, automation, transparency and benchmarking across logistics operations and partners
-Develop KPIs and performance management systems to improve logistics cost efficiency and customer & supplier service levels
-Lead international logistics optimisation and transformation projects
-Develop sustainable logistics concepts, including CO2 reporting and green logistics offerings
