As a Bartender in a luxury Fairmont hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service. You will create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for guests, prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages, and ensure every interaction reflects the hotel's commitment to excellence.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure proper storage of products.
Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, upscale restaurant, cocktail bar, or luxury hospitality environment.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
