Job Summary:
Super Micro Computers, Inc. is looking for a (Sr.) Manager, Production who will manage the production line by deriving and managing metrics, set targets, review performance, and instate improvement. Manager, Production will organize and oversee the manufacturing of products. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures.



Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. Directs the development and implementation of activities in rack production area(s) to meet rack production goals, quality.
Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the operators.
Guide the rack team through root cause analysis, issue solving and prevention.
Achieve /Prioritizes production schedules based on rack product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient
