What You Can Expect

In our unit Digital Solutions & IT Architecture, EC/XD, we develop concepts and IT solutions for our global coatings and surface business. We drive innovative solutions,



ensure seamless end-to-end processes, and identify global best practices for Surventis locations.

As a Integral IT Process Owner HRIS you are the application manager and solution architect for the global Surventis HRIS application landscape with SAP Success Factors and ADP Workforce Suite at the core.
Your main responsibility is the design, development, and implementation of a dedicated and global IT landscape for Human Resources including a greenfield HRIS implementation. This landscape supports current business objectives and ensures compliance with legal and internal regulations, always in close collaboration with the Surventis HR department.
In your role as Global Process Owner, you will also understand integrations to closely related systems such as S/4, Payroll, or Service Now. You build the bridge to our internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into IT demands.
