We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative UI Animator to help bring our Innovation Lab titles to life—adding motion, clarity, and expression to the player experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, game artists, and developers to transform static mockups into engaging, polished in-game animations that enhance usability and elevate visual appeal.
You’ll be responsible for animating UI elements, 2D characters, and environments, and for ensuring smooth implementation in Unity. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and tech—where performance, aesthetics, and gameplay meet.
Technical art experience is a strong plus and will directly support your ability to optimize, prototype, and implement animations across the product. 2+ years of experience animating UI and 2D elements in a game development setting
Strong grasp of animation principles: timing, easing, flow, and visual feedback
Solid understanding of UI animation and implementation in Unity
Familiarity with After Effects, Animate, Spine, or similar for rapid prototyping




Understanding of mobile performance constraints and optimization
Experience with Unity timelines, shaders, or light scripting is a plus
Generative AI skills are a strong plus—especially in prototyping or expanding animation concepts
Professional-level English and excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and deadline-conscious
Passionate about mobile games, player experience, and the power of motion
Translate static designs and motion comps into fully functional, in-game animations
Collaborate with UX, UI, and development teams to ensure consistency, usability, and performance
Create prototypes using tools like After Effects, Animate, or Spine
Work within Unity’s 2D animation system to implement assets directly in-game
Partner with technical artists to optimize assets for performance and platform requirements
Maintain clear documentation, animation libraries, and motion guidelines
