Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to join our

DESCRIPTION

As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic Talent Advisor, managing end-to-end
recruitment for a broad range of positions across Thermo Fisher Scientific. You
will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and




cross-functional stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, build high-quality
talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

REQUIREMENTS

* Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle
recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate
environments.

* Preferred degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is
highly preferred.

* Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and
social media recruiting.

* Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business
functions.

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Exc
