As Assistant Director of Rooms , you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the Rooms Division, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Your responsibilities include…
- Support the Director of Rooms in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell Services, Guest Relations
- Ensure all departments consistently deliver exceptional service in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott International brand standards.
- Lead, coach, motivate,



and develop departmental leaders and Ladies and Gentlemen, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction metrics, and quality indicators, implementing action plans to achieve and exceed established goals.
- Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
- Assist in managing departmental budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, and operational expenses while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, data privacy requirements, and operational procedures.
