Job Description:

A position of Temp Spain - Compliance Manager has just opened within Airbus in
Madrid, Spain. You will join the Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance
department (LMO).

Tasks & accountabilities:

department (LMO) supports this commitment through the promotion of an ethical
and compliant culture across the Commercial Aircraft business and its affiliated
companies.

The Temp Spain is a member of the LMO team. He or she is responsible for the
day-to-day implementation of the Airbus Ethics & Compliance Programme within
Commercial Aircraft operations in Spain. This includes:

* Advising and responding to employees regarding Ethics & Compliance inquiries
and requests, including on conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, and
sponsorships & donations;

* Coordinating and animating the local network of Ethics & Compliance
Representatives;





* Contributing to the promotion of a strong Ethics & Compliance / Speak Up
culture, including conducting investigations and providing training and
awareness;

* Supporting the Ethics & Compliance due diligence assessment of third
parties;

* Supporting communications and reporting to key local stakeholders;

* Contributing to second level controls including supporting the conduct of
audits and risk assessments;

* Travelling periodically within Spain and to the Commercial Aircraft
headquarters in Toulouse, France;

* Contributing to the wider activities related to deployment of the Commercial
Aircraft E&C; programme needed.

Required educational background and experience

* A Master degree in business law, finance, business administration or a
related field (specialisation in Compliance a plus);

* Strong relationship building and communication skills;

* Organised and able to work autonomously while maintaining a team player
mindset;
