Job Purpose:

Under the supervision of the VP of Global Security, the Director of Corporate
Security is responsible for the development, implementation, governance, and
continuous improvement of the physical security for all EMEA facilities that
aligns with the integral security strategy. This includes oversight of physical
security risk management, distribution center security, executive protection
standards, facility security design, supply chain asset protection, fraud
prevention controls, and integration of security capabilities with operational
technology and software-driven ecosystems.

corporate security, not simply maintaining the status quo, but continuously
elevating it. This individual will operate as a strategic partner to the
business, introducing new and finessing existing modern processes, advanced
technologies, and scalable tools to transform and mature the security function.

world-class security programs,



driving standardisation, and leveraging data and
technology to enhance risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and overall
organisational resilience.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and lead the regional EMEA physical security vision, strategy, and
roadmap aligned to business growth, brand protection, and asset protection
objectives.
* Lead physical security operations including facility security programs,
access control strategy, intrusion systems, video technology ecosystem, guard
force strategy/performance, investigations, executive protection, workplace
violence preparedness, and risk intelligence.
* Oversee security standards and design guidance for all new facilities,
expansions, software integration suites, and restructuring initiatives.
