We are seeking a Senior Category Manager, Home EU to join our growing team. In this role,



you will play a critical part in scaling Quince’s value proposition in the EU by building a compelling, high-quality assortment that delights customers while delivering strong business results.
Own all end-to-end product strategy and assortment for designated Home categories in the EU, including category strategy, assortment, launches, and performance.
Analyze data to drive decision-making, including sales velocity, margin, return rate, etc.
Collaborate with key cross-functional partners, particularly Design, Creative, Planning, and Marketing, to ensure we are developing products that meet our brand/style requirements, we are maintaining in-stock position, and are driving traffic to key products.
Leveraging data for ratings, reviews, and return rates, participate and spearhead quality improvements for any products in assortment with improvement opportunities.
