General Description:

The Senior Medical Manager is responsible for leading and supporting local
medical initiatives, ensuring high-quality scientific communication and
alignment with global and regional Medical Affairs strategies. The role
contributes to the local adaptation and execution of therapeutic area strategy,
ensuring alignment with global and regional medical plans.

One of their main responsibilities is to lead the generation of local evidence,
to plan and advise

on data generation priorities, and to provide expert medical oversight for
clinical trials and non-interventional studies in close collaboration with
Clinical Operations and RWE teams.

The Senior Medical Manager works closely with local, regional, and general




Medical Affairs colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate
scientific exchange. The role collaborates closely with Commercial, Market
Access and Regulatory functions and supports external scientific communication
initiatives, including interactions with selected KOLs and centers of
excellence, reinforcing the BeOne’s position as a trusted scientific partner.

Essential Functions of the Job:

EVIDENCE PLANNING, DATA GENERATION AND CLINICAL RESEARCH SUPPORT

* Lead the identification of evidence gaps and support the development of local
data generation initiatives, aligned with medical strategy, company
objectives, and stakeholder needs.
* Provide expert medical input into clinical study design to ensure
feasibility, quality and successful execution of local clinical trials.
* Support the identification and verification of investigators and sites for
company-sponsored clini
