- Manage the operational lifecycle of insurance policies, including issuance, renewals, endorsements, amendments, and certificates.
- Maintain and update information across internal systems and databases.
- Monitor policy renewals and oversee portfolio administration activities.
- Coordinate with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise invoicing processes, policy records, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor service-related KPIs.
- Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements applicable to an insurance brokerage.
- Coordinate a small operational support team.

Perfil buscado
- 4-6 years of experience in operations within the insurance sector,



either in a brokerage or insurance company environment.
- Candidates currently working as Underwriting Assistants , looking to take the next step in their career will be highly considered.
- Strong knowledge of corporate policy administration and insurance operations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
- Professional level of English .
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
- Ambitious professional with growth potential, comfortable taking ownership and eager to join an expanding business.
