As the Energy Storage O&M; Service Product Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales engineers, responsible for formulating and driving the sales strategy for energy storage operation and maintenance service products within your designated region to achieve the company's overall business objectives. You are not only the primary person accountable for the team's performance but also a coach and enabler for team members. You must possess exceptional strategic vision, leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration skills to establish and solidify the company's leadership position in service products within the rapidly evolving energy storage market.
Key Responsibilities
