Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to
join our Infrastructure Engineering Team. The responsibility of this team is to
industrialize, automate and continuously improve decentralized infrastructure
environments across multiple countries, transforming traditional operations into
fully automated, codified and observable systems. Our way of working is
collaborative, transparent and focused on continuous improvement,
knowledge sharing and high-impact automation.
Your key responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain automated workflows using Python, FastAPI, Ansible and
scripting.
* Build and maintain Configuration as Code and Technical State as Code
solutions.
* Create reusable automation modules and APIs that expose automation
capabilities.
* Improve reliability of infrastructure platforms through
testing, validation and orchestration.
* Maintain and evolve monitoring, observability and alerting capabilities.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, networking and security teams to deliver
scalable solutions.
* Support operational excellence through automation, standardization and
codified documentation.

* Experience in Infrastructure DevOps and automation environments.
* Strong Python development skills and experience with FastAPI.
* Solid knowledge of Ansible, Configuration as Code and Git workflows.
* Linux administration and infrastructure operations experience.
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure, VMware and container deployments
through pipelines.
* Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
toward continuous improvement.
