Within the Disney+ team, the Senior Trading and Planning Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business performance, supporting forecasting and planning processes, and developing strategic recommendations across subscriber growth, engagement, churn and overall commercial performance. The role partners closely with local leadership and EMEA Trading and Analytics teams to shape data-driven decision-making and optimise business outcomes.

This job is a permanent position based 4 days a week in our office in Madrid.

What you will do :
- Analyze Disney+ commercial performance across Spain & Portugal, identifying key drivers of subscriber acquisition, retention, engagement and net growth
- Develop insights and recommendations that directly influence strategic and operational decision-making across the business
- Own forecasting, trend analysis and performance planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities against business targets
- Partner with local and regional stakeholders to evaluate commercial initiatives and their impact on subscriber performance
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership audiences
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand business trends, customer behaviours and market dynamics
- Act as the primary trading and planning expert for Spain & Portuga
