As Senior Finance Manager for Iberia region , you are a key leader responsible for the full finance scope, combining financial controlling, statutory compliance, and advanced commercial finance partnering .
Reporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe,



you will act as a strategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team , driving profitable growth through robust financial planning, Gross-to-Net (GTN) management, and performance insight.
This role blends strategic influence and hands‑on execution , with ownership of financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Finance Business Partnering
- Act as a core member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making
- Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial Strategy
- Provide actionable financial insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimization
- Support and challenge commercial teams on pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategy
- Lead financial input into strategic and transformation projects
- Commercial Finance & GTN Management
- Own and oversee Gross
