WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Gestionar y controlar los procesos definidos para el desarrollo del servicio.
• Lograr el Plan de Ventas y generación de ingresos del departamento:
planificará acciones de dinamización y promoción, y formará al equipo para la
venta.
• Organizar y coordinar los diferentes servicios de Restauración/Bar.
• Controlar costes: gestionar los recursos disponibles de manera productivo.
• Gestionar plantillas: se encargará de formar, motivar y desarrollar las
habilidades y aptitudes de su equipo.
• Controlar la calidad del servicio prestado ajustándolo a las necesidades y
expectativas del cliente, siguiendo instruccione
