We are looking for a trainee from August/September 2026 for 6 months. As a Strategy & Project Management Intern, you’ll work directly with the manager of our Insurance and Carbon Compensation verticals in 3 different countries, and contribute to the exploration and launch of new markets and products.
Your responsibilities :
You’ll take part in a wide variety of projects — from strategic analysis to operational execution — and gain transversal exposure to business, data, and product challenges.
Your role will include:




Supporting ongoing operations and business development for existing verticals through data analysis, process optimization, and performance improvement. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve product performance and internal processes.
Driving strategic studies and business plans for new verticals, from market research to P&L; modeling and small-scale pilot tests. Coordinating multi-team launches by aligning Data, Product, CRM, and Operations teams around clear goals and frameworks. Participating in the creation of scalable models and long-term management structures once launches are complete.
