Job Description:
As the Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) for the new REVAMP project, you will be
fully responsible for ensuring quality in our suppliers' deliveries for this
project. In this strategic role, you will act as the critical focal point
between Airbus and the supplier to ensure that immediate containment and
corrective measures are executed. Your main mission will be to protect the
Airbus production plant from any quality escapes, maintaining safety,
conformance, and reliability across all operations from day one.
As the QCM for the REVAMP project, your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the Plant's Focal Point & Shield: You will act as the primary
interface between Airbus and the supplier, working alongside the SCQM,
ensuring the urgent implementation of robust containment actions and quality
gates to secure the assembly lines and prevent any impact on the Airbus
plant.
* Leading the Conformance Strategy: You will develop, implement, and oversee
specific inspection plans and strategies for the REVAMP project, guaranteeing
adherence to the company's internal standards.
* Analyzing Data & Risks: You will monitor supplier quality KPIs, identify
trends or potential risks, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
