What's your mission?
To contribute to the optimal performance of the Rubí HQ factory through efficient, safe and cost-effective technical practices, in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Cost Center objectives.

️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
- Participate actively in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including planning, execution, and follow-up of interventions. Role of main user for the GMAO tracing software.
- Identify and assess risks that may impact production capacity and output, proposing mitigation actions to ensure operational continuity.
- Prepare, analyze, and present key performance indicators (KPIs),



with a focus on automation efficiency, robotic performance, and related productivity ratios.
- Propose and help maintain the preventive maintenance plan and calendar, ensuring proper documentation and databases. Both internal and external tasks following legal requirements and company standards.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with production teams and team leaders to align priorities and technical needs.
- Coordinate and supervise technical works carried out by external contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Read and interpret technical documentation and drawings (mechanical, electrical, CAD) to ensure accurate execution of maintenance and installation activities.
- Proactively assess operations to detect inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
