The company designs, manufactures, and deploys advanced robotic cleaning and installation systems engineered to optimize the efficiency, performance, and longevity of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) power plants globally.

Responsabilidades
Position Overview
- Position Title: Sales Director - Europe
- Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- This is an individual contributor role requiring a highly autonomous and proactive professional.
- Location: Versátil remote within Europe, with a strong preference for candidates based in Madrid, Spain.
- Travel: Dependent on client visits, industry events, and project schedules; there is no fixed or mandatory travel frequency.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Solutions Promotion: Lead business development and communication efforts with European utility-scale solar asset owners, developers, EPC contractors, and O&M; providers.



Actively promote the company's specialized PV robot cleaning and installation solutions across the region.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather deep insights into customer needs, technical requirements, and localized market project pipelines to provide strategic guidance for the company's future commercial and product direction.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Identify and qualify high-potential cooperative partners, lead project follow-ups, conduct complex commercial negotiations, execute contract signings, and oversee timely payment collections.
- Performance Target Achievement: Drive the regional pipeline to consistently meet and exceed the annual sales and performance objectives established by the company.

Requisitos
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of specific, relevant experience within the photovoltaic (PV) or renewable energy industry, ideally dealing with utility-scale solar assets.
