THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to build and shape the Legal & Compliance function of a fast-growing technology company.
As our Legal & Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with Leadership and partner with teams across Commercial, Operations and Quality to support strategic decisions, manage legal risk and ensure the business continues to grow responsibly.
You'll combine hands-on legal work with strategic thinking, helping the company navigate commercial opportunities,



international expansion and regulatory requirements while building scalable processes for the future.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Legal

• Lead NaviLens' legal function, acting as the main point of contact for legal matters across the business.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, distributors, partners and suppliers.
• Partner with the Commercial team throughout the sales cycle, supporting contract negotiations and helping close commercial opportunities.
• Review public and private tenders, identifying legal requirements, contractual risks and opportunities.
• Advise on commercial law, corporate matters, data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality and other legal topics related to the company's activities.
• Support NaviLens' international expansion by adapting legal documentation and coordinating with external counsel where required.
