Enterprise Account Executive - SaaS FinTech (Southern Europe Hunter) - EMEA
A high-growth fintech is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive complex, high-value SaaS sales into Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and financial institutions across Southern Europe. This is a senior, quota-carrying role suited to a consultative seller who understands long enterprise sales cycles, thrives in high-growth environments, and has an established network within the banking sector across

Spain, France, Portugal and Italy . We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed trusted relationships within major European banking groups and can demonstrate access to senior stakeholders across Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across Southern Europe.

Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on Spain, France and Italy, with responsibility for acquiring new logos and expanding strategic relationships.





Leverage an established network within the banking sector to access senior decision-makers and accelerate new business opportunities.

Build relationships with key stakeholders including: Group CIOs and CTOs, Heads of Digital Transformation, Heads of Payments, Heads of Lending, Chief Operating Officers, Heads of Operations, Chief Digital Officers, Innovation and Transformation Leaders, Procurement and Vendor Management teams

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving compliance, legal, procurement, product, operations and executive sponsors.

Manage proof-of-concepts, pilots and commercial negotiations through to successful contract execution.

Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market initiatives and maximise conversion opportunities.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and regular reporti
