Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives
tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting,
data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most
strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers,
acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
We are looking for a Consulting Analyst whose primary strength is in AI agentic
systems—someone with genuine, hands-on experience building, testing, and
deploying agentic workflows—and who is eager to apply that expertise within the
payments and financial services industry. This is not a pure AI engineering
role, nor is it a traditional consulting analyst position. It is a hybrid,
execution-focused role where AI capability complemented by an interest in and
aptitude for financial services are the leading qualifications.
The idóneo candidate is technically capable and intellectually curious: someone
who can design a prompt architecture for an agent that automates a bank’s
operational workflow, run structured evaluations to measure quality and
reliability, and present findings clearly to both technical and business
