Why This Role Matters

At Goodyear Iberia, we are expanding our HR team and are looking for a Senior
Payroll Specialist Iberia to join us on a part-time basis (20 hours/week).
In this role, you will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery
for Spain and Portugal, acting as the key link between Goodyear and external
payroll providers, while supporting employees and business stakeholders with
expert payroll guidance.

You will report to the Payroll Manager Europe South, based in France, and play a
key role in driving payroll excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement
across Iberia.

What You’ll Do





* Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Spain and Portugal, ensuring
accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations and collective
bargaining agreements.

* Validate payroll inputs (hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, leaves,
allowances, shifts, etc.) and reconcile payroll outputs from external
providers.

* Act as the primary point of contact for external payroll vendors, monitoring
service quality, SLAs, escalations, and continuous improvement actions.

* Ensure compliance with labor law, social security, taxation, and internal
payroll controls, supporting internal and external audits as required.

* Prepare, analyze, and validate monthly payroll reports for HR, Finance, and
management.

* Provide expert support to employees, HR Business Partners, Finance, HRIS, and
Legal on payroll, benefits, taxation, and time & attendance matters.

* Drive process improvements, standardization, and digitalization of payroll
activities, ensuring alignm
