Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow together with us.
What you'll do

Own end-to-end recruitment processes for exciting positions across the Tech & Digital market.
Source and engage outstanding talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and creative sourcing strategies.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and market trends.
Create talent pipelines before positions even open.




Help shape and improve our recruitment processes, employer branding and candidate journey.
Share market insights, salary benchmarks and recruitment strategies with the team.
What we're looking for

Previous experience in

Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

(agency or in-house).
Experience recruiting for technical or digital profiles is a strong plus.
Experience handling with

KPIs

and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset with a genuine passion for

people

and

business .
Curious, organized and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a dynamic startup where every day is different.
Fluent

English, Spanish & French are required .
