• Realizar todas las actividades del Departamento de Recursos Humanos,
integrando la Administración de personal, Relaciones Laborales, Selección,
Desarrollo de Personas y Prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Procesos administrativos para que el personal del negocio cumplan con la
legislación vigente (contratación, nóminas, seguros sociales, impuestos etc.).
• Preverá y controlará el presupuesto de los proyectos asignados en su área de
responsabilidad, así como el seguimiento y el control del mismo.
• Realizará aquellas acciones que le sean asignadas para lograr los objetivos
