Customer Success, Mid Level, you'll play a key role in helping our customers
achieve their goals by driving adoption, building trusted relationships and
ensuring they get the most value from our solutions. You'll work closely with
cross-functional teams while managing your own portfolio of accounts, becoming a
strategic partner throughout the customer journey.

What will you do at ODILO?
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring a high-quality experience
throughout their lifecycle. Ownership of the renewal process
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as their trusted
advisor.
* Drive customer adoption and engagement, helping customers maximize the value
of the ODILO platform.
* Lead regular follow-up meetings and business reviews to align on objectives
and next steps.
* Proactively identify risks, define action plans and coordinate internal teams
to ensure customer success.
