Recruitment Consultant

in recruitment and talent acquisition, combined with a strong commercial mindset.

What you'll do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to successful placements.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and winning new clients (Hunter).
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing clients (Farmer).
- Become a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
- Contribute to the growth and success of your team.

What we're looking for:

2 years of experience
in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- Experience in
business development
, including both new client acquisition and account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A
good level of English
is essential.
