Advanced technical support service that combines operations with engineering practices to ensure systems run reliably, with high availability and strong performance.

It is required to respond to incidents and prevent them through continuous monitoring, automation, data analysis, and ongoing improvement.

Define clear service quality metrics and works closely with development teams to make applications more stable, scalable, and easier to manage.

The role combines advanced support, automation,



and collaboration with development teams, with a strong DevSecOps / SRE focus.

Daily tasks:

• Monitor system performance, availability, and alerts

• Respond to incidents and restore service quickly

• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis

• Automate repetitive operational tasks

• Manage deployments and system changes safely

• Maintain and improve monitoring and alerting tools

• Optimize system performance and capacity

• Ensure systems meet reliability targets (availability, latency, errors)

• Collaborate with development teams to improve application stability

• Document incidents, fixes, and operational procedures

MUST:

• Experience in technical and functional application support, participating in the resolution of complex incidents and recurring problems.

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems (log analysis, services, scripting).
