? To support our growth, we are looking to hire a Junior Consultant in Financial Advisory Services for the Transactions Department of Iberia, based in our Porto office.
What will you be doing here?
- Support the execution of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Assist in analyzing historical financial information, profitability trends, working capital, net debt and cash flows.
- Help prepare Excel-based analyses, reports and client deliverables.
- Participate in the review and organization of data rooms and information requests.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial models and valuation models (DCF, multiples, NAV, etc.).
- Participate in client and target interactions under supervision.
What profile are we looking for?
- 1–2 years of experience in audit,
transaction services, or the controlling department of a multinational company.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English. Basic Spanish is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy when reviewing financial figures.
- High attention to detail and structured mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team within international and multidisciplinary environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools will be anasset.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and professional maturity.
- Ability to work in teams and in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
