Over the course of 21 months, you will complete three distinct 6-month rotations, shipping real production code used by millions:
- Backend: Build robust, scalable server-side systems using Kotlin, Java, and AWS.
- Frontend: Create responsive, modern web applications with React & Angular.
- Mobile: Craft exceptional native experiences on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
- Business Immersion (3 months): Step outside of engineering to complete a rotation in non-engineering departments. This will allow you to get to know other parts of the business and gain an understanding of how Wallapop operates as a whole.

You will be supported by a three-tier mentorship model: a dedicated Anchor Engineering Manager for your entire journey, a Chapter Mentor for daily pair-programming, and a Rotation Manager for agile integration.
