In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, data engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure that clinical data is consistent, structured, and interoperable across systems, enabling high-quality data exchange and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead semantic interoperability initiatives in healthcare environments
- Design and manage clinical terminologies, taxonomies, and value sets
- Perform vocabulary mappings across different data models (OMOP, EHR, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with standards such as FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD
- Collaborate with technical and cli
