The Role

We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join us at an exciting point in our growth. This is a dual-focus role, roughly split between junior accounting and financial administration on one side, and office and operational coordination on the other.

You will be the organisational backbone of our Spain office. Day to day, that means keeping our finances accurate and up to date, making sure the office runs without friction, and supporting the wider team, mortgage advisors, partner managers, and leadership,



so that they can focus on the customer facing part of the business.

The role starts at 75% and is designed to grow full-time as the business grows. We want someone who is keen to develop alongside us, take on more responsibility over time, and build something lasting.

Location: Marbella, Spain (on-site)

Reports to: CCO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–15:00 (adaptable as role expands)

Hours: 75% to start, growing to 100%

What You Will Do

*Accounting & Finance*
- Process and track invoices, receipts, and expense claims with accuracy
- Invoice clients, real estate agents, and partner firms on time
- Prepare payments for approval in the online banking platform
- Coordinate with our gestoría (accounting firm) for monthly reconciliations and compliance
- Keep financial systems up to date and well-structured
