We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Product team and contribute to the growth of the company by owning Product Operations and participating in launching new product growth experiments.

The idóneo candidate should be fluent in English, have a Product background and interest in Product Operations and AI automations.

Your mission (if you accept it) ?:
- Own the Product Quality:
- test new features and bugs to ensure these are properly fixed
- ensure new releases do not generate regressions
- launch and enhance our AI automated test processes to automate above tests




- Own the Customer Support:
- supervise our Customer Support AI automations
- answer customer requests which are not treated by the automated processes
- enhance the existing processes to automate further Customer Support with AI
- Define and launch Product Experiments; for instance:
- Paywall creation and A/B tests
- Activation flows tests to increase first usage of the product
- CRM initiatives (emailing, app notifications, user surveys)
- Analyse data to understand users behaviors and usage of the app

You are in the right place if you have the following⭐:
- Student / Recent graduate with studies related to Digital Product, Digital Operations, Digital Marketing (eg. CRM, lifecycle marketing)
- A first experience or at least classes / training / projects demonstrating related skills
- Experience in building something or automating processes with AI
