We are a growing, international team with operations across Spain and Sweden. As demand for our

services accelerates across key European buyer segments, we are expanding the team to match.

This role is central to that growth.

The Role

We are looking for a Partner Manager who knows how to open doors and keep them open. This is a

relationship-driven, commercially focused role, part business development, part account management

and it requires someone who is equally comfortable cold-visiting a new agency and nurturing a

long-standing partner.

You will be Habeno's face in the field across Costa Blanca, building and managing

a network of real estate agents and partner firms that generate qualified leads for our mortgage

advisors. The work is visible,



outward-facing, and directly tied to Habeno's growth in Spain.

This is not a desk role. We want someone who is energised by being out in the market, who

understands the Spanish real estate landscape, and who has the kind of presence that makes

partners want to pick up the phone.

What You Will Do

- Identify, approach, and onboard new real estate agencies and strategic partners across Costa Blanca
- Build a structured pipeline of active partner relationships that consistently deliver qualified mortgage leads
- Represent Habeno at partner meetings, industry events, and networki
