Role Description

Based in our Madrid office, you will join Azzurra Capital's ("AC") Investment Team as a Private Equity Associate, with direct involvement in the firm's Iberian investment and fund-raising coverage. You will:
- Source and execute Iberian investments — screen opportunities, build LBO and valuation models, run market and target analysis,



coordinate due diligence workstreams and support transaction execution through to close
- Partner with portfolio companies post-investment, working alongside management on value-creation plans, budgeting, KPI tracking and performance reporting
- Produce LP and fund-level reporting — quarterly reports, valuation packs and deliverables
- Support ACP-II fundraising efforts when needed

Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity or strategy consulting (or a combination)
- Strong LBO, valuation and returns modelling; able to own a model end to end
- Experience running or supporting due diligence workstreams through to close
- Comfortable working directly with senior management teams
- Familiarity with private equity fund reporting and valuation standards (IPEV / IFRS) is a plus
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken). Italian, Portuguese or French are a plus
